Standard refund
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than one Section of the module.
How to request
Email billing@couchcertified.com from the email address on your enrollment. We’ll process the refund within 5 business days and confirm by email when Stripe issues the credit.
Failed Final Exam
If you fail the Final Exam Attempt 2, you receive a free re-enrollment that resets the course so you can retake every Section. No additional charge.
Disputes
If you dispute a Stripe charge, your enrollment is frozen pending resolution. See the terms of service for details.
Bundle refunds
For the 2-Module Bundle: if you have completed no more than one Section in either module, full refund. Once you have progressed past one Section in either module, the bundle is non-refundable.
